Blizzard Conditions

I made these paintings with ice I collected from a blizzard that hit the greater New York area in February 2026. All I had to do was open the door to our terrace and scoop up the snow that had piled two-feet deep in a matter of hours. I then added a unique mix of both  water color blues to achieve the hue that I required. I'm always inspired by water in all its forms and I love how these pieces can read both winter and summer, depending on the viewer's own experience.
